Polygraf AI, a software company in Austin, Texas, has teamed up with Carahsoft, a government technology reseller in Reston, Va. Announced on Nov. 2, 2026, the deal lets public sector buyers purchase Polygraf's AI security tools through contracts they already use. Carahsoft will act as its Master Government Aggregator, meaning it is the main seller to government.
What it does
Polygraf's main product is called the AI Behavioral Control Plane. It checks what people send to AI tools and what the tools send back. It can find and black out sensitive details, such as personal information, before they are shared or processed by an AI system. It also keeps records of AI use and can flag AI-generated or synthetic content.
It can run on an organization's own servers, in a private cloud or fully offline. That matters for groups with strict rules about where data may sit. The company says it runs on standard computer chips and does not need specialized AI hardware.

What is not known yet
The announcement does not name any agency using the tools. It gives no prices. The performance claims, including how fast the software acts on a request, come from the company, and no outside testing is mentioned. Businesses that work with government may see tighter rules on staff AI use, but this announcement sets no such rules itself.
The takeawayGovernment buyers now have an easier path to tools that limit what staff share with AI, though prices and real-world results are not yet public.
