A Malaysian search specialist has launched a paid audit that shows company leaders what AI chatbots say about them. Ben Yeoh, founder of ProfileArchitect in Kuala Lumpur, announced the Signature audit on November 6, 2026. It covers ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google, and it points to what should be fixed first.

Why this exists

Before a deal, a fundraise, a board appointment or a media interview, people increasingly ask an AI assistant who someone is. According to the announcement, the answer is often built from an outdated bio or from coverage of a person with the same name. For a leader, that means being described wrongly or mistaken for someone else.

The founder's own test

Yeoh used himself as the test case. He ran a 30-question study of ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. All three answered at least one question about him with someone else.

  • Gemini opened "Who is Ben Yeoh?" with a Malaysian automotive chairman.
  • Perplexity's answer was entirely about a London-based investor.
  • Four other people named Ben or Benjamin Yeoh appeared across the answers.

What the audit includes

The audit runs 20 to 30 questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, which are the AI summaries at the top of some Google results. It also checks how a person's identity shows up on knowledge panels, Wikidata, LinkedIn and published bios. A knowledge panel is the info box Google shows beside a search. Wikidata is a public database of facts.

The results are scored in four layers: the leader's own website or source, how distinctive the name is, what search and AI show, and outside authority. The final report names the single fix with the most impact and sets out a 90-day plan.

Price and terms

The audit costs a fixed SGD 1,500 and takes about 10 business days. The fee is credited in full against Vantage, the firm's paid service for building an executive profile site that the company owns, if a client signs up within 60 days. It is open by application to executives across Asia-Pacific. Three founding client places are open until 31 December 2026. A free Executive Footprint Diagnostic is offered as a starting point.

What is not known

The details come from a company press release. The only test described is one study of one person, the founder. No independent review of the audit is mentioned, and the price of Vantage is not given. Yeoh himself says no honest provider can guarantee what an AI assistant will say. The firm's stated approach is to record today's answers, fix the sources the AI relies on, and run the same test again to show progress.

The takeaway

Ask a few AI assistants who you are, and who your business is, and see whether the answers are correct before someone else does.
