End-user license agreement
Effective October 12, 2026. This agreement is between Dashline (“Dashline”, “we”) and the business that uses Dash AI (“you”).
1. The service
Dash AI is a hosted service that connects to systems you use (such as QuickBooks, Shopify, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics or a database you operate), copies the data you select into a database you own, and answers questions about that data in plain language. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes for as long as this agreement is in force.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping their credentials confidential, and for what they do in the service. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Connected systems and your data
- You authorize Dash AI to read data from each system you connect, on your behalf, using the read-only access you grant through that system’s sign-in. You may revoke that access at any time, in Dash AI or in the connected system.
- You confirm that you are entitled to connect each system and to have its data copied into your warehouse database, and that doing so complies with the terms of that system and with the laws that apply to you.
- Your data stays yours. Dashline claims no rights in it beyond what is needed to provide the service, and handles it as described in our privacy policy.
- Dash AI never writes to a connected system.
4. Answers are generated
Answers are produced by software, including large language models, from your data. They can be wrong, incomplete or based on an assumption that does not fit your business. Each answer shows the query it ran and the assumptions it made; review them before relying on an answer for an accounting, tax, legal or other decision. Dash AI is not a substitute for your books of record or for professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the service to break the law, to access data you have no right to, to probe or disrupt the service, or to build a competing product from it. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is doing any of these.
6. Fees
Fees, if any, are as agreed between you and Dashline in writing. Model-provider usage billed to Dashline on your behalf may be passed through at cost.
7. Term and termination
Either side may end this agreement at any time. On termination we disconnect your sources, revoke stored credentials and delete your account data as described in the privacy policy. Sections 4, 8, 9 and 10 survive.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Dashline disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of generated answers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Dashline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the service, and Dashline’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. General
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Changes to this agreement are posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use after a change is acceptance of it. Contact: ops@dashline.tech.
