Zoho Recruit, hiring software built for staffing firms, has added three AI features meant to cut the time recruiters spend reviewing tests, interviews and applications. Zoho announced the updates on its blog.
What changed
- Assessment Summary: Zia, Zoho's AI helper, boils test results down to key findings and recommendation indicators.
- Interview Insights now works on live video interviews, with a written transcript and a summary of key points.
- Compare Applications shows candidates side by side, including qualifications, experience, ratings, comments and attachments.
In the compare view, Zia Insights checks each application against the job requirements. It gives an overall rating, a recommendation, role-fit details, possible concerns and suggested next steps.
Who it is for
The tools target staffing recruiters who juggle several client requirements, large candidate databases and tight deadlines. Zoho says the goal is to help teams shortlist the right people without lowering quality. Any business that hires could find similar tools useful. Still, an AI rating is a suggestion, and a person should make the final call.
What is not known yet
The material does not say what the features cost, whether they come with every Zoho Recruit plan, or when each one reaches customers. It also does not explain how Zia scores candidates. Teams should ask Zoho those questions before they lean on the ratings.
The takeawayZoho Recruit's new AI tools may speed up candidate review, but ask about cost and how scores work, and keep a person in charge of hiring decisions.
