SeenThis lets your AI chatbot build video ads for you

SeenThis says its new tool lets teams brief an AI chatbot and get editable video ads in under an hour, but access is limited and the speed claim is early.

SeenThis, a Stockholm video advertising company, has opened early access to a tool that lets a team hand a brief to the AI assistant it already uses and get back finished, editable video ads. The company says early tests cut build time by more than 90%. Work that took most of a working day can now be ready in under an hour.

What changed

The tool is called SeenThis Studio MCP. It connects AI tools to SeenThis Studio, the company's platform for making video ads. MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard for linking AI tools to other software. In plain terms, the chatbot knows your brand, and Studio knows how to build a video ad that works.

The AI tool builds and animates ads in every required format, using the copy and brand styling a team supplies. It can make versions for different markets, languages and offers. It can also connect product feeds and share previews so clients can sign off.

How it works

Each user signs in with their own SeenThis Studio account. Once an ad is approved, the team sends it from the Studio screen to Google's DV360 ad tool and to social platforms such as Meta and TikTok.

SeenThis says people are still part of the process. Its technical producers write the templates and guidance the AI tool follows, and they support teams with complex builds.

Who it affects

The main audience is agencies and brands that run video ads across several channels. The company says this work normally needs specialist skills, from adapting creative to setting up tracking and ad delivery systems. The idea is to put that capability in the hands of the people who own the brief.

SeenThis has served billions of video streams for more than 5,000 brands in over 50 countries since 2017.

What is not clear yet

  • The 90% figure comes from early tests reported by SeenThis, not from an independent review.
  • Access is limited to a small group of agencies and brands for now.
  • It works only with AI tools that support MCP. The announcement does not list which ones.
  • Pricing and a wider release date were not shared.

For anyone buying or making video ads, the promise is clear: a day of production work shrinks to under an hour. How well that holds up outside early tests is the open question.

The takeaway

SeenThis says AI chatbots can now build and ship video ads in under an hour, but only a few teams have access and the speed claim is unproven.
