Adobe's AI helper for marketers, called CX Enterprise Coworker, now works inside several popular AI tools. Adobe says it is available in ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini for business and Databricks Genie. Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake are expected to be added soon.
What it does
Adobe describes the product as an "agentic teammate," meaning an AI helper that can carry out work, not just answer questions. According to the release, it analyzes data, forecasts audiences, improves customer journeys and helps with planning and work management.
Adobe also launched prebuilt connectors. These link the helper to Amazon Ads, Meta campaigns, Demandbase, Microsoft Work IQ, RainFocus, Databricks Genie and Snowflake Cortex AI without custom setup work.
Who it is for
The target is marketing teams, especially larger ones. Adobe says it is also working with firms such as Accenture, Deloitte Digital, EY and PwC to build versions for specific industries. The idea is that marketers stay in the AI tool they prefer instead of adding another app.
What is not known yet
The material does not say what CX Enterprise Coworker costs. It also does not say whether a company needs other Adobe products to use it, or when the "coming soon" platforms will get it. Small businesses should check those details with Adobe before planning around it.
The takeawayIf your team already uses ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, ask Adobe about pricing and requirements before assuming this comes at no extra cost.
