Berlin-based Peec AI has launched Peec Agent, an assistant that helps marketing teams dig into what AI chatbots say about their brand. The company also expanded a feature called actions, which suggests specific fixes. Peec says more than 3,500 companies already use its AI search platform. The announcement came on Oct. 22, 2026.
What changed
More people now use ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to research products and judge brands. Peec says watching how often your brand appears is only a starting point. Teams still have to work out what to change. Actions aims to answer that. It offers recommendations across technical fixes, content improvements and third-party coverage.
Each recommendation gets a five-level relative impact rating. It also comes with evidence from AI answers, cited sources or website analysis, so a team can see why a change matters. Teams can filter by AI model, topic, country and type, and add their own actions. For content ideas, Peec can prepare briefs or suggest edits to eligible existing pages. Teams review the changes and decide what to publish.
What the agent does
Peec Agent can be used alone or alongside a recommended action. It can trace a drop in visibility, compare competitors, examine cited sources and show how a brand is described in AI answers. A user can hand it a single chart, prompt or source. A question can be as short as "why did this drop?" because the agent already sees the brand, chart, date range and filters.
- It includes 30 built-in skills, from diagnosing a visibility change to setting up a project and prompts for a new market.
- Teams can write their own skills so colleagues can rerun the same approach.
- It works with more than 25 connectors to tools marketing teams already use.
- It can prepare a task for an engineering team or a brief for an editorial team.
Control and privacy
Each connection uses an individual's own login and reaches only the projects and tools that person allows. By default, the agent asks for approval before making changes. Optional approval settings are available. CEO Marius Meiners said decisions about how a brand is described should stay with the team, and he contrasted that with companies selling the idea that AI can do the marketing.
Cost and availability
Actions and Peec Agent are available to Peec AI customers on all plans. The agent comes with a monthly credit allowance shared across the company. The size depends on the subscription plan. Credit use varies by task, and companies that need more can buy additional monthly credit packs. The material does not say what plans or credit packs cost, or how many credits each plan includes.
Who it is for
The tool is aimed at marketing teams that already track their brand in AI search. Peec notes that AI answers draw on company websites, editorial publications, customer reviews and online discussions. Improving a brand's presence can therefore involve marketing, communications, content and engineering teams working together.
The takeawayIf customers ask chatbots about your business, tools like this show what they hear, but check how credits are priced before leaning on the agent.
