Ojin, a Berlin company, has launched Human+, a training tool where employees practice difficult work conversations out loud with an AI character. The character has a face and a voice, answers in real time, and can push back. The company announced it on October 26, 2026, and says it is available now to businesses and schools worldwide.

What it does

Most workplace training ends with a record that someone finished a course. Ojin says that proves attendance, not skill. Human+ aims to show who can actually handle a tough moment, such as a customer objection, an angry complaint or a hard feedback talk. The AI character can be interrupted, much like a real person.

Companies can build their own practice sessions using their own data and standards. Listed uses include cold calls, negotiation, customer service, manager conversations, onboarding and compliance. It works in more than 70 languages. Ready-made coaches for onboarding, compliance and manager skills come included.

The exam feature

Human+ also offers an Assessment session. It is an unscripted spoken exam against an AI customer, with no coaching and no human grader. Each session is scored on skills, and a transcript sits behind every score. Managers can see who is certified and where each person is weak before that person speaks to a real customer.

Ojin points to regulated fields such as drug sales and financial services. There, companies must show staff can apply the rules in a live conversation, not just finish a module.

Privacy and security claims

Ojin says Human+ is SOC 2 Type II certified, which is an outside check of how a company protects data. It also says the product is GDPR compliant, aligned with the EU AI Act and compliant with Saudi Arabia's data protection law. Customers can choose dedicated hosting and keep data inside their own environment if they want.

What the numbers say

Ojin cites results from real-world deployments of practice-based training:

  • More than $120 million in sales pipeline influenced
  • 60% shorter time to productivity for new hires
  • €800,000 in annual training costs avoided
  • $700,000 in manager time returned

These figures come from the company's own announcement. The material does not say which customers they came from or how they were measured.

What is not known yet

The announcement does not give a price. Organizations can book a demo at ojin.ai/human-plus. Ojin also offers Human+ to universities and private school groups.

The takeaway

Human+ lets staff practice and be tested on hard conversations with an AI character, but the savings claims come from Ojin and no price was given.
