A new AI assistant called Empacer lets small business owners say what they need out loud, then review the result before anything is sent. The company announced the launch on October 27, 2026, from Limassol, Cyprus. It is aimed at owners who are also the whole team, such as salon, bakery or repair shop owners.
What it does
Owners tap a voice button and describe a task. If talking is not convenient, they can type in an "Ask anything" field. Examples from the company include a social post made from a photo, a reply to a customer, or a plan for the week. Photos, price lists and invoices can be attached to a request. Empacer then prepares the work using details it has about the business.
How approval works
Each result shows up as a card with the post, reply, plan or document. The owner can edit a line, tell Empacer what to fix, decline the draft or approve it. By default, nothing is sent until the owner approves it. That makes the card the moment to check names, dates and numbers.
Setup is meant to be short. The owner answers a few questions by voice or text, and the answers appear as short facts in a section called About you, where they can be corrected. If Empacer has to guess, such as the business's tone of voice, it marks the fact as a guess. If a detail like a price is missing, it asks instead of making one up.
Tools and privacy
- It works with more than 1,000 tools, including Instagram, Facebook, Google Calendar, Gmail and Notion.
- It asks to connect a tool only when a task needs it, and a separate screen shows the access requested.
- Without a connected tool, finished work stays in Empacer, where the owner can open it or share it elsewhere.
- The company says it does not train its AI on chats or business data, and says the AI providers it uses do not either.
- Owners can correct or delete anything Empacer keeps about their business.
Where it runs
Empacer works in a browser at app.empacer.com on a computer, phone or tablet. On Android, it is available on Google Play as Empacer for Business. An iPhone app is listed as coming soon, and until then iPhone users can use the browser version. One account keeps the same tasks, files and settings on every device. Empacer works for the owner only. It does not take calls from customers.
What is not known yet
The announcement does not say what Empacer costs, and it gives no date for the iPhone app. What each connected tool can actually do depends on the tool, the account and the permissions the owner grants. The privacy statements come from the company, and the material includes no outside reviews or testing.
The takeawayEmpacer drafts replies and posts from a spoken request, and by default nothing is sent until the owner approves it, but pricing is not yet public.
