OutSolve, a company that helps employers follow workplace laws, has bought an AI company called Legets. The goal is to spot law changes faster. The deal was announced Oct. 27, 2026. Legets was owned by Reis Holdings, a Florida holding company that specializes in AI development.
What the deal does
OutSolve says employers faced more than 400 federal and state employment-related legal changes in the 18 months through October 2026. CEO Jeremy Mancheski said laws are changing faster than any team can track by hand.
Legets technology will power a new feature called Compliance Intelligence inside the OutSolve platform. It will watch for regulatory changes. OutSolve's human consultants will then judge whether a change applies to a given employer and what to do about it. Mancheski described the AI as extra horsepower that still needs an experienced driver.
OutSolve sells what it calls HR Compliance as a Service. Its work includes I-9 verification, labor law posters, compensation analysis and workforce reporting. This is its 18th acquisition since 2016.
What is not known yet
The announcement does not give the price or terms of the deal. It also does not say when Compliance Intelligence will launch or what it will cost clients. The integration is described as planned, so it is not yet clear how much of it is working today.
The takeawayEmployers face a flood of law changes, and OutSolve is betting AI plus human advisers can help, though launch timing and cost are not yet public.
