Accertify, a company that helps online stores catch fraud, has opened a formal partner program. Payment companies, sales platforms and consultancies can now offer its fraud checks to their own customers. If you sell online, your payment provider may soon include them.
What changed
Accertify announced the program on October 29, 2026. It targets payment providers, orchestrators (firms that manage payments across several providers), commerce platforms and consultancies. In the Referral track, a partner makes one introduction and Accertify handles the sale, setup and support. In the Reseller track, a partner sells Accertify on its own contract and keeps the client relationship and the margin. Partners that connect their systems follow a certification path.
Accertify says every client joins a shared network. Good customers verified anywhere get through faster everywhere, and bad actors seen anywhere are stopped everywhere. For 2025, it says it processed over 10 billion transactions worth more than $1 trillion, prevented $5.8 billion in fraud and abuse, and recovered $481 million through chargeback handling. A chargeback is when a bank pulls money back after a customer disputes a charge.
Chief Development Officer Emma Lindley said fraud no longer stops at checkout. She said the same bad actors exploit account creation, payment approval and chargebacks. Payments company DEUNA is the one partner named.
What is not known yet
The announcement gives no pricing, no full partner list and no date for when store owners will see these tools through their providers. The figures come from Accertify, and the release offers no outside check. A store owner can ask their payment provider whether it plans to offer this.
The takeawayAsk your payment provider whether it plans to offer broader fraud checks, and treat Accertify's results as company claims until verified.
