ElevenLabs now lets human linguists and brand specialists check ads its Ads Engine translates, so small teams can sell in more countries with a safety net.

ElevenLabs, which makes AI audio tools, has added human review to Ads Engine, its tool for translating and remaking ads. Before an ad goes live, a native-speaking language professional can check the translation, and a brand specialist can check that it still looks and sounds like your company.

What changed

Ads Engine is part of ElevenCreative. It connects to your ad platforms, pulls in the ads you already run, and makes new versions in other languages. The new step adds people to that process. Finished ads come back to your team for approval, or Ads Engine can send them straight to your ad platforms.

What the tool translates

  • Image ads: the text in the image is translated and adapted to your brand voice.
  • Google Search ads: headlines and descriptions are translated and sized to fit Google's character limits.
  • Video ads: the audio and video are dubbed with a tool called Dubbing v2, which keeps each speaker's emotion, timing and voice.

Who does the reviewing

The reviewers are linguists and localization professionals from ElevenProductions, a global network that already delivers human-edited dubbing for media companies. Localization means adapting an ad so it feels native to a market, not just translated word for word.

For text, they check accuracy, style and intent. For video, they check timing and pronunciation, including brand and product names. ElevenLabs creative specialists then compare each new ad with your brand guidelines and the ads you have already run.

Your brand rules come from Brand Kit, which stores your colors, fonts, logos, reference images and rules. Agencies and teams with several brands can make one kit per brand and switch between them.

Who it affects

The pitch is aimed at marketing teams asked to run more ads in more markets without translators or designers on staff. ElevenLabs says some brands now cope by running original-language ads everywhere or making fewer variants. A human check is meant to remove that trade-off, even where no one on your team speaks the language.

What is not known yet

The announcement does not give prices, a list of supported languages, or how long a review takes. It also says reviewers can check ads, which leaves open whether review is optional or costs extra. The company points interested buyers to its sales team for those answers.

The takeaway

If you run ads in several countries, ask ElevenLabs about price, languages and review time before relying on this for translated campaigns.
