Braiin has upgraded its RADIUS customer service software so AI can handle routine calls and chats on its own, using models from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or a company's own.

Braiin, a company listed on Nasdaq as BRAI, has upgraded RADIUS, its customer service software, so AI can answer more of the calls and chats businesses receive. The new AI layer is called Force AI. Braiin announced it on Oct. 26, 2026, and says it is available now.

What changed

RADIUS is a contact center platform that runs over the internet. It covers voice, chat, messaging, email, social and video. Force AI sits underneath and can run on OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or a company's own AI model. Braiin says that keeps clients from being tied to one AI provider, so they can switch as cost, performance or rules change.

Force AI powers three tools:

  • AI Engage: AI agents that serve customers on their own
  • AI Assist: a live helper for human agents
  • AI Insight: scores and summarizes every conversation

Braiin says routine requests such as order tracking, password resets, plan information and appointment scheduling can be handled without a human agent.

What is not known yet

Nearly everything here comes from Braiin's own press release. The company says RADIUS handled more than 4.5 million customer interactions with 99.9% uptime in the twelve months ended March 31, 2026. It also says its performance figures come from selected clients and that results vary. The text provided gives no prices and names no clients.

Why the market matters

Braiin cites Grand View Research, which puts contact center software at USD 56.9 billion in 2026 and USD 227.6 billion by 2033. Expect more vendors to pitch similar AI to businesses.

The takeaway

If a vendor pitches AI for customer service, ask what it costs, which AI model it uses, and who controls your customer data.
